Translation of contracts

An exact and specialist correct translation is particularly important with regard to contracts, as all contractual parties must understand the contents of the contract in the same manner. Otherwise, there is the risk of a different interpretation of the contracts. Special legal and contractual terminology is necessary when translating contracts. Care, accuracy and intercultural competence are of major importance. The specialist translation of legal texts do not only make high demands on the knowledge of foreign languages, but also on the specialist know-how in the respective subject area.
